Poll: Half Of Democrats Want the Supreme Court to Strike Down the Individual Mandate

The results from a poll just conducted for IBD by TechnoMetrica Market Intelligence:

Overall,

22% want the law upheld

37% want the whole law repealed

30% want the mandate overturned

Among Democrats,

39% want the law upheld

12% want the whole law repealed

38% want the mandate overturned

Among Independents,

18% want the law upheld

40% want the whole law repealed

33% want the mandate overturned

Among Republicans,

10% want the law upheld

66% want the whole law repealed

19% want the mandate overturned

“So, in other words,” Sean Higgins reports, “if the Supreme Court does throw out part or all of ObamaCare, it’s a pretty sure bet that the American people will not be rising up in outrage.”
